Gerardo P. Sicat Award


The G.P. Sicat Awards are given out annually to exemplary theses of graduating students of the UP School of Economics. The awards aim to recognize the students' efforts in research, encourage excellence, and promote awareness and concern in fields of research that are not only currently relevant but academically challenging as well. The awards include those for the First-Best, Second-Best, and Third-Best undergraduate final papers. The Awards were endowed by and named in honor of Professor Gerardo P. Sicat.
